Did I miss the part about adding orange in the recipe though? :( just zest of one orange with everything else in the dough?

Ah sorry about that! Thanks for catching! I just updated the recipe, you add the zest of 1 orange (about 2 tbsp) in with the flour before kneading!

Please let me know hot it goes! I’ve oil instead of butter is great! And in a pinch I’ve made this with oat milk with pretty good results! I don’t know how to swap out the egg though! Flax maybe?

I made the dough last night and baked it this morning! Except I had neither oolong nor an orange, so I made a matcha vanilla. 😅 Theyre such happy little Sunday buns! Now to actually try your flavor combo!

I’m using the Tea of Tao brand oolong right now and it’s very good! I’m always trying different brands though!
