My kids love Dan Dan! Your recipe sounds delish and I will definitely be making this. How much Chinese black vinegar? 1 TBSP?

Kristina, thank you so much for this recipe! I made it last night (albeit with many substitutions because I didn't have some ingredients on hand), and it was a major hit! My dad compared it to his favorite Indian restaurant, and by that he meant that he could keep eating and eating it! Thank you for your work and your fantastic recipes. I absolutely love making them!
