Joe made this tonight and all we can say is WOW! This is a really REALLY great dish. Adding it to our must do again recipes. The flavors are wonderful. The spice heat level is nice - not overwhelming at all, and hits at the back of the throat. Joe was sweating a little from his forehead - but in no way is that a bad thing - he was loving this dish! THANK YOU Kristina for a wonderful meal!
Chopping an onion was a mental barrier for a long time. These days, I don’t mind the chopping quite as much. But the peeling! Ugh. Love these photographs, Kristina. The recipe looks great too.
My husband is the same way! Ready to get home and go to the bed at the same time no matter the time change… and oof I would be nocturnal if I was traveling from Hawaii!
