Yes! Please do a Hong Kong diner series! I’ve been wanting to make curry beef brisket/tendon but haven’t found a good recipe.

okay so I've seen this dish too many times and yet still haven't tried it. I'm hoping to make your recipe (thank you SO much for not requiring us to deep fry 😆 it's such a stressor in a home kitchen!), please do a Hong Kong Series!

Hi Kristina on the last day of 24 A Great Recipe and a way to do chops that is different to me.

And your fried rice technique , I think explains my v hit and miss success in the past. Will have to see if my game lifts. And a huge tomato fan; looks so clean a way to make sauce.

Agree with Jennifer about a series, but also about beef brisket, a cut of meat not well appreciated here in OZ.

And last, you gave me some advice re your chicken and glutinous rice dumpling soup. I did it for Xmas day ahead and came together well as well as spatchcocking a v large chicken and with the salad. Best wishes for 25.

That looks completely delicious, and the perfect cozy January food. Will definitely be adding to my meal planning for the month (and would love to see a Hong Kong diner series!)
